About – Granta Autonomy

Small, Simple & Efficient

Granta Imaging is a company of Granta Group, focused on developing advanced camera gimbals and stabilized imaging systems for airborne and mobile platforms.

Our engineering roots go back to 2015, when the Granta team began developing lightweight gimbals alongside autonomous aircraft. Over the years, that experience has evolved into a dedicated imaging business combining precision mechanics, optics, electronics, embedded software, stabilization algorithms, and image processing in a single product.

Our design philosophy is simple: build compact imaging systems that deliver exceptional stabilization, image quality, reliability, and ease of integration. We engineer every product as a complete system, with careful attention to weight, size, performance, manufacturability, and long-term reliability.

We develop and test our products for demanding real-world environments, where vibration, motion, temperature changes, and limited payload capacity leave little room for compromise. By bringing mechanical, optical, electronic, and software development together under one roof, we can iterate quickly and deliver imaging systems that perform consistently where precision matters most.

Granta Imaging builds reusable, high-performance camera gimbals for customers who need dependable stabilized vision from airborne and mobile platforms.
