You will:
- Define and refine required features, translate technical capabilities and operational requirements into clear product specifications and acceptance criteria;
- Manage the technical side of the project: ensure integration of subsystems and alignment with product goals.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the product lifecycle.
- Support managers with technical input on timelines, resources, and constraints.
- Assess and provide feedback on team members’ performance.
- Drive effective issue management and project visibility through the company’s preferred tools and processes.
What you need to be successful:
- Ability to manage complex technical products with multiple variants and configurations;
- Strong communication skills and structured thinking;
- Experience in hardware product development.
You will have a significant advantage if you have:
- Knowledge of existing UAV ecosystems and products.
- Good understanding of one or more engineering core disciplines.
- Practical experience of realising hardware products to series production.
- Professional experience of optimasing hardware products to high volume production.

You will:
- Integrate various UAV hardware and software components.
- Code real physical solutions and immediately see your contribution in action.
- Explore interesting problems not found in typical software engineering environments.
- Collaborate with a professional team to advance drone warfare.
What you need to be successful:
- Very good knowledge of golang, competency in C, C++.
- Experience with Linux environment.
- Broad general knowledge of different platforms and technologies.
- Attention to details and “can do” attitude.
